We are delighted to offer this professional development opportunity to middle leaders in each of our Linking Leaders schools from our 2025 – 2026 cohorts.
This year-long project features five half-day professional development sessions for up to two subject leaders per school. Together, we will explore: the latest EEF research, the impact of action research, robust curriculum evaluation, and highly effective implementation strategies.
At the core of the project is school to school review, giving middle
leaders the experience of evaluating curriculum provision in another
setting and having a “fresh pair of eyes” to guide their own work.
