North East Mayoral Strategic Authority, Newcastle Research School and school improvement teams across the region are working in partnership to drive this exciting project for experienced and ambitious school leaders.
The one year project includes five professional development sessions for you and your deputy head. Together, we will explore: the latest EEF research, the impact of action research, robust curriculum evaluation, what makes impactful professional learning and highly effective implementation strategies.
At the core of the project is school to school review, giving leaders the experience of evaluating curriculum provision in another setting and having a “fresh pair of eyes” to guide their own work.
