We are delighted to offer this professional development opportunity to Early Years Educators in each of our Linking Early Years Leaders schools from our 2025 – 2026 cohorts.
This year-long project features five half-day professional development sessions for up to two Early Years Educators per school. Together, we will explore: the latest research around effective pedagogy, provision and curriculum.
At the core of the project is school to school review, giving two Early Years Educators, the opportunity to visit another setting as well as having a “fresh pair of eyes” to guide their work.
