As school leaders, we know that even the strongest ideas will fail to make an impact if they are not implemented well. Taking time to thoroughly explore different approaches and prepare for implementation can make a strategy much more likely to stick.

In this session we will be looking at the explore and prepare stages of implementation. Attendees will

• Analyse real-world case studies of exploration and preparation
• Discuss and reflect on their own plans for exploring and/​or preparing for implementation with colleagues
