: Rebecca Williams

Rebecca is an experienced school leader with over a decade of impact at her current school in North Herefordshire, where she currently serves as Head of School. Significant, whole‑school improvement has resulted in sustained, year‑on‑year progression, with the school’s KS2 outcomes now significantly above national averages.

Rebecca has a background spanning teaching and learning, Early Years Foundation Stage, inclusion, early reading and curriculum development. She is committed to developing others and has coached and mentored colleagues at all career stages, leading to staff securing specialist leadership roles and taking on new responsibilities across the Trust.

Rebecca is passionate about ensuring that research and practice are seamlessly connected, empowering staff to make meaningful, evidence‑informed decisions.
