The topic of the Advocate Hour this year is Using professional development to create enablers of change in schools.
These sessions are open to all senior leaders, middle leaders and teachers.
How do you translate the energy of a great training session into genuine, lasting change in your own school or department? In this twilight series, we will explore how strategically designed professional development can be used to directly motivate and upskill teachers, equipping them to become effective enablers of change. Leaders from Origin Maths Hub and Tudor Grange Teaching School will unpack their models, showing you how they equip their staff with the skills, confidence, and evidence-based tools needed to lead improvements from the ground up.
We hold one Advocate Hour per term:
Thursday 20 November, 3.30pm, online
What can we learn from Maths Hubs about using PD to create enablers of change
Thursday 19 March, 3.30pm, online
What can we learn from Trust Leads about using PD to create enablers of change
