Tudor Grange Research School is expanding its team and looking to recruit a number of Evidence Leads in Education (ELEs). These roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to evidence-informed school improvement across the central region.
Successful candidates will be trained and designated by Tudor Grange Research School and supported by the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF). ELEs will continue in their current roles within their own schools but will also be deployed to help exemplify evidence use in practice through blogs or videos, lead PD and contribute to school-to-school improvement across the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
In this recruitment round, we are seeking both early years, primary and secondary practitioners who have a strong understanding of the implementation process and research-based practice.
