A practical three-part webinar series to help schools develop and write their Inclusion Strategy ahead of the December 2026 deadline.
Each 75-minute session combines concise guidance, worked examples, practical frameworks and dedicated writing and thinking time. Manageable activities between sessions allow schools to gather evidence, involve colleagues and refine their thinking.
Headteachers and senior leaders; SENCOs and inclusion leads; PP leads; Teaching & Learning leads; pastoral and attendance leaders. Multiple colleagues from the same school can participate.
£149* per school for all three live webinars, recordings and programme resources.
Across the three sessions, participants will build their strategy as they go: setting the direction, understanding their barriers and translating that diagnosis into action.
