These sessions offer you time and space to dig into the real questions you’re facing. Whether you’re writing, reviewing, evaluating, or aligning your Pupil Premium work, this coaching is focused on practical solutions, clear next steps, and helping you lead your strategy with clarity and confidence.

You’ll have the chance to:

> Test your thinking and gain constructive feedback
> Sense-check alignment with DfE funding criteria and implementation principles
> Clarify priorities based on diagnostic tools or data
> Explore how to collect meaningful stakeholder insight
> Strengthen your approach to monitoring, evaluation, and sustainability

Duration: 3 hours
Format: 1:1 coaching session (online or in person by arrangement)
Facilitator: An experienced Pupil Premium trainer familiar with your context

> Each session is fully tailored to your needs. Topics might include:
> Reviewing your draft or inherited strategy
> Evaluating impact and shaping next steps
> Exploring challenges in implementation or evidence
> Creating a timeline or plan for improvement
> Understanding how to align your strategy with wider school documents (SIP, literacy, SEND, etc.)
> Identifying best practices through comparative reviews or audits
