: Tom Pole

Tom is the Director of Tudor Grange Research School and Mathematics Content Lead for the Research Schools Network, working to bridge education research and classroom practice across the region. With over two decades of secondary experience and extensive senior leadership, he also serves as Strategic Director of Hubs for Tudor Grange Academy Trust. In this role, Tom oversees the strategic alignment between the Research School, Teaching School Hub, Origin Maths Hub, and Grand Union Language Hub to ensure evidence-informed school improvement sits at the heart of regional professional development.
