: Lynn Clark

Lynn is a long serving Headteacher of a large junior school in North Solihull. As a Local Leader in Education, Lynn has worked with a wide range of primary schools across Solihull, Warwickshire and Birmingham. She has been involved in DfE school improvement projects as well as offering support as a mentor for newly appointed Headteachers and leading Headteacher Performance Management.

Lynn is a facilitator for a range of training opportunities such as ECT Induction, ECT Mentors and National Professional Qualifications for Headship, Leading Learning and Leading Behaviour and Culture. She is also a Headteacher Advocate for the ORIGINS Mathshub.

As a School Advisor for a Multi-Academy Trust, Lynn supports school leaders at all levels with school self-evaluation, improving the quality of education and raising the outcomes for pupils, in particular for disadvantaged pupils. Recently, Lynn has enjoyed a secondment opportunity to the Local Authority as part of the Delivering Better Value program. As part of this outreach role, Lynn has developed communities of SEND practitioners to improve the provision and outcomes for SEND pupils.
