: Helen Myers

Helen has taught English for 20 years, working in inner-city and ​‘special measures’ schools as part of her desire to effect positive change in education. She has been a Head of English, and an Assistant Headteacher for Teaching and Learning. Helen has supported schools locally in her roles as an Advanced Skills Teacher, Specialist Leader of Education, and as a Trust lead for English. Helen has worked previously with the National Strategies on Functional Skills and with her Local Authority as a Lead teacher. Helen has a degree in English Literature, and a masters degree in Educational Leadership and Innovation.
