: Grant Davis

Grant began his teaching career as a mathematics teacher, having trained through the Teach First programme. He advanced to the position of Curriculum Leader for Mathematics, where he successfully achieved positive GCSE and A‑level results within the department.

In January 2019, Grant was appointed to the senior leadership team of his school as Deputy Headteacher, overseeing school outcomes and curriculum design. In this capacity, he has amassed extensive experience in driving school improvement, including the line management of various subjects to ensure positive outcomes. Grant holds a degree in mathematics and a master’s in educational leadership.
