: Dr Lizzy Ford

With over two decades of experience, Lizzy is a Secondary Headteacher who blends high-level academic expertise with a grounded, practical leadership style. Having held senior roles across Curriculum, Pedagogy, and Behaviour, she also possesses a unique perspective as a former system leader, where she directed a Teaching School and SCITT in South Birmingham.

Lizzy holds both a Master’s in Learning and Teaching and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She is a staunch advocate for the EEF Implementation Process, ensuring that school improvement is never a ​“quick fix” but a sustainable, evidence-led journey. Above all, Lizzy is committed to fostering an environment where professional excellence and student wellbeing coexist, ensuring every member of the school community has the space to thrive.
