Caroline is an Evidence Lead in Education at Tudor Grange Research School and an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Advisor for Tudor Grange Academies Trust. As an Advisor she supports the strategic development and continuous improvement of early years provision across the Trust.

Caroline provides school improvement and quality assurance services to early years setting outside of the Trust for the Tudor Grange Teaching School Hub, Origin Maths Hub and other early years bodies. As a qualified professional development lead, she facilitates high quality professional development in the form of the National Professional Qualification in Early Years Leadership, Specialised Knowledge in the Teaching of Early Years Mathematics and Talk Boost.

Caroline is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for young children by supporting high-quality practice across the early years sector.
