Why should I attend this course?

Across this two day course, delegates will gain the knowledge, strategies, and skills necessary to create a supportive and growth-oriented learning environment, ultimately leading to improved teaching practices, enhanced pupil attainment, and a culture of continuous improvement within the school community.

Total cost for the 2 days is £195. Lunch and refreshments provided.

The sessions will be held at Town End Research School, Borodin Avenue, SR54NX. We are based in the Head Office building.

Day 2:

4^th July 2024, 9.15am‑3.30pm

• Explore the theory of behaviour change in adults.
• Evaluate and reflect upon your school’s current professional development offer.
• To gain an understanding of the process of professional development planning.
  
• To evaluate an example professional development plan and offer feedback.
  
• To design a school professional development plan.
