Tracey Adams

Senior Evidence Lead in Education

Tracey Adams is the head teacher at Christ Church C of E Nursery and Primary School. She is Professional Development Lead and Maths Mastery Teacher for the NCETM. She was also the Early Maths Programme Lead for the EEF and WALKTHRUs School Improvement Consultant

Her key areas of interest are School Improvement, Maths, English, Curriculum and Music.

As a Senior ELE, she is able to deliver on a range of EEF guidance reports and evidence-informed practices.

Amy Feeney

Evidence Lead in Education

Amy is Strategic School Improvement Lead at Unity Teaching Schools Alliance in North Solihull where she leads CPD for all staff, from NQT to Leadership. She is an SLE for Maths and School improvement and an accredited EMCC coach. Her key areas of interest are: Mathematics; ITT & NQT; Leadership; Assessment; Transition; Data Analysis; Teaching Assistants; and Metacognition.

Amy provides support to the following programmes: Effective Professional Development; Early Maths, Learning Behaviours.

Andrew Wills

Evidence Lead in Education

Andrew is Assistant Head of Welford Primary School in Handsworth, with responsibility for Teaching and Learning and Writing Moderation Lead for the Handsworth Association of Schools. He has led a range of CPD across Birmingham. His key areas of interest are Reading and Writing across the Curriculum (KS12); Development of a cohesive Humanities curriculum (KS12); Primary Maths; and Design and delivery of staff CPD.

Andrew provides support to the following programmes: Early Oracy; Early Maths; Supporting Recovery.

Evidence Lead in Education

Chris is Associate Principal at Bishop Challoner Catholic College in Kings Heath in Birmingham. He is Science Learning Partnership and Computing Hub lead and an SLE. He has delivered CPD across the West Midlands on his key areas of interest: Science, STEM, Computing, Leadership and Pedagogy.

Andy is School Improvement Advisor at Stourvale Academy Trust. He is an accredited PD lead for the NCETM, Place Based Assistant Maths Hub Lead (Sandwell & Dudley) for The Central Maths Hub and a Secondary Maths Mastery Specialist. His key interests are Mathematics, Assessment at GCSE and KS2 Transition.

Angela Schofield

Evidence Lead in Education

Angela is Deputy Headteacher at Parkfield Community School, with responsibility for curriculum and standards, Pupil Premium and Inclusion. She is also the Oracy Lead for Excelsior Multi-Academy Trust, a Voice 21 National Oracy Lead and a mentor and assessor for the Chartered College of Teaching.

Angela’s main areas of interest are school improvement and leadership development, teacher professional development, reading, curriculum and oracy.

Tom Manners

Evidence Lead in Education

Tom is a PGCE tutor for Arthur Terry Teaching School Hub, as well as an accredited PD lead for the NCETM, whom he represents as a Teaching for Mastery specialist. He has been asked to present CPD and to support a range of schools across key stages. His interest in research-led practice was heightened when he gained a distinction in his Masters in School Improvement and Educational Leadership at the University of Birmingham, and he is passionate in sharing his knowledge of maths pedagogy and leadership, which led to the creation of a collection of maths CPD and interviews which he has shared through various platforms.

Antitsa Undzhiyan (Annie)

Evidence Lead in Education

Annie is a Music Lead in Mere Green Primary School and currently a Creative Arts Lead in Arthur Terry Learning Partnership.

Annie is responsible for supporting school leaders in developing strategic improvements in the teaching and learning of music across the Partnership.

Annie’s main areas of interest are curriculum, and Music curriculum and pedagogy in particular, cognitive science, Early Years pedagogy and teacher development as the key to closing the attainment gap for disadvantaged students.

Ranjna Farmah

Ranjna Farmah

Evidence Lead in Education

Ranjna Farmah is the Maths Lead and Acting SENDCo/​SLT at Colmore Infant and Nursery School. She has worked closely with the Central Maths Hub, leading on projects to develop mathematical reasoning across regional schools. She is a former Advanced Skills Teacher, Specialist Leader in Education and in role, as a Lead Practitioner, supporting the Colmore Partnership Training Schools Alliance, in providing CPD in primary maths and cognitive science, with curriculum development. She is an accredited Professional Development Lead, and School Development Lead with the NCETM.

Ranjna’s key areas of interest are early maths, developing pupil voice, school improvement, teacher professional development and learning behaviours.
