This course aims to support school leaders, looking to put in place new practices, principles or initiatives, to think through what they need to do to achieve successful outcomes in their contexts.
Through the Education Endowment Foundation’s effective implementation model, it offers practical and evidence-informed recommendations to develop a better understanding of how to lead change, reflect on potential barriers and the readiness for implementation as well as strategies for effective delivery.
Delegates will have the opportunity to apply the content and tools to a current school improvement or department target throughout the day.
Suitable for Senior and Middle Leaders, SLEs, ELEs, MAT leads and any staff who offer school-to-school support within their roles.
This course is now taking place remotely.
