The session will
1) utilise theory and research to enable delegates to evaluate their current PD provision
2) refine their approach and rationale in relation to PD planning and construction moving forward.
The session will focus explicitly on the most effective PD mechanisms as outlined by the EEF in their latest guidance report about effective professional development. Delegates will have the opportunity to reflect and plan as part of the session.
This session is aimed at middle leaders/post holders/those responsible for organising CPD at their school or in their trust.
