Research School Network: Updated Implementation Guidance A refreshed School’s Guide to Implementation supports schools to plan, deliver and sustain change.

The Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) has launched a redesigned A School’s Guide to Implementation, making it easier for schools to access, understand and apply evidence‑informed implementation guidance.

The refreshed website brings the full suite of implementation resources together in one place, with each recommendation now hosted on its own dedicated page. This new structure supports clearer navigation and helps school leaders and staff move more confidently from evidence to effective practice.

The update also includes:

• New videos from Professor Jonathan Sharples and Jamila Boughelaf, offering expert insight into what effective implementation looks like in schools
• Blogs from across the Research Schools Network, sharing real‑world examples of implementation in action and reflecting the realities of school improvement work

The EEF’s A School’s Guide to Implementation is designed to support schools at every stage of the change process — from exploring evidence and preparing for change, through to delivering, sustaining and scaling improvements.
