📚 Monitoring and Evaluation for Small Primary Schools – Small Schools Evidence Netwok

🏫 In small schools, leaders often know their pupils, staff and community incredibly well. But when time and capacity are limited, it can be difficult to step back and evaluate whether an improvement strategy is really working.

🗣️ This session will help small primary school leaders develop practical, proportionate approaches to monitoring and evaluation. We will look at how to use everyday evidence — classroom visits, pupil voice, professional conversations, work scrutiny and assessment information — to understand whether implementation is on track and whether changes are making a difference.
