Sandringham Research School is offering a workshop which will explore the evidence around effective approaches to literacy.

We are pleased to welcome Alex Quigley to speak at this event, a national expert on literacy. Formerly an English teacher, Deputy Headteacher and Director of Huntington Research School, Alex now works for the Education Endowment Foundation supporting evidence use in education. At the event, Alex and the Sandringham Research School team will:

  • Explore the evidence on secondary literacy
  • Provide delegates with practical strategies to use confidently with students

Aimed at: Secondary school English leads, teachers, middle leaders, senior leaders and English advisors

Led by:Alex Quigley, Education Endowment Foundation and best selling author of The Confident Teacher, Teach Now! English and Closing the Vocabulary Gap
