I have worked in the Sixth Form College sector since 1994 but my current roles as Trust Professional Development Director and Director of Pinnacle Learning Research School take me into all educational phases to work with teachers and leaders on developing their practice. I am particularly dedicated to championing the role of effective implementation planning within the sphere of school improvement, driven by a steadfast commitment to ensuring that professional development is not only progressive and collaborative, but firmly anchored in evidence-informed practices.
