The programme has been designed such that, after completing an initial audit during session 1, it is possible to select sessions for your staff that are most appropriate to individuals or your whole school improvement. Audit will be sent out prior to Essential Session 1, to allow in-school planning of what may be the most appropriate sessions for colleagues in your school to access.

There is no cost for attendance at any of the sessions – however we do ask that a Senior Leader attends Essential Session 1, and that participants of any of the Optional Sessions attends Essential Session 2.
