Join our Deputy Director, Rachael Wilson, and Evidence Lead, Sam Brackenbury, for a closer look at the recommendations in the EEF’s suite of Guidance Reports on Improving Primary Literacy, with a focus on the development and provision of high quality Reading teaching. We will look at the foundations of reading development, how to embed and monitor a rich and thriving reading curriculum and examine the evidence through examples of what this looks like in the classroom, as well as the implications for Literacy and Reading leads in schools.
