At Lincolnshire Research School, we bridge the gap between research and classroom practice, partner with schools to improve outcomes for disadvantaged pupils through evidence-informed implementation, robust evaluation, quality CPD and follow-on support.
Lincolnshire Research School, part of the EEF’s Research School Network, works in partnership across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands as a bridge between evidence and practice to address the attainment gap for disadvantaged pupils. Our core activities are focussed on facilitating evidence-based professional development, developing partnerships and sharing the evidence of what has worked.
We have designated Evidence Leads in Education (ELEs) who are practitioners from all phases. ELEs support the work of Lincolnshire Research School across the region.
Over the next three years of regional work, Lincolnshire Research School will support schools through:
• Partnerships that are sustained, place based and evidence informed
• Communication of research evidence
• Exemplification of evidence into practice
• Working with and through others
• Early stage programme development
