This clip explains why we need to monitor and adapt anything we have decided to implement – to avoid programme drift and voltage drop.
And the following clip exemplifies a model of the different influences we need to consider when implementing a programme. It is a reminder to pay attention to recommendation 2 before diving into the implementation of a programme: Create a leadership environment and school climate that is conducive to good implementation.
