Research School Network: Louise Lewis – Research advocate

Louise is a Senior Research Lead and Deputy Head of Science at a secondary school in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Prior to teaching, Louise worked in scientific research, designing, developing and executing research projects. For a number of years, Louise has led whole school change projects and implemented CPD programmes on disciplinary literacy, cognitive science and learning behaviours, including memory and metacognition.

Her areas of expertise are effective implementation, whole school CPD and learning behaviours.
