In this podcast, our Director, Jane Elsworth, and Assistant Director, Julie Kettlewell, introduce the new EEF guidance on inclusive teaching and explore how mainstream schools can help every child participate, belong and succeed. They discuss the key messages from the guidance, the importance of improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs and disadvantaged learners, and how inclusive teaching can strengthen outcomes for all students. The episode also highlights the accompanying scenario-based training resources, considering how they can support teachers and school leaders to reflect on practice, build professional knowledge and develop more inclusive classrooms.
