This one-day event is designed to support schools in the implementation of their Pupil Premium Strategy, ensuring careful consideration of the ‘how’ not just the ‘what’ is to be enacted. The first part of the day will include upfront training around PP but also implementation guidance, including tools for monitoring and evaluating impact.
In the afternoon, we then want to create space for colleagues to design and write up their implementation plan so they leave with a completed document. This process will be supported by Research School leaders and practitioners with early years, primary and secondary experience.Who is it for? School improvement leaders and especially leaders with responsibility for implementing the Pupil Premium Strategy.
Lunch and refreshments are included.
