Andy is an Assistant Headteacher – Inclusion based in Sheffield.

He has been a maths teacher for the past 15 years and has spent 13 years in pastoral leadership, whole school leadership of Behaviour, Attendance, Systems & Data and founder of the Compass inclusive education network.

His areas of expertise are: Improving Behaviour, Learning Behaviours, School Systems.
