Jade has over 16 years’ experience within the Early Years sector. She gained a First-Class Honours degree in Early Childhood Studies in 2015 and thoroughly enjoys working with young children and their families.

Trust School Improvement Team and Co-Head Teacher
Jess has nearly 20 years experience in schools, including middle and senior leadership as well as headship. She was previously the Headteacher of a DfE English Hub and has a particular passion for all aspects of Early Reading. Jess also has a deep interest in Foundation Curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum design. She leads across the Trust on Reading and Foundation Curriculum and is a member of the Trust’s School Improvement and coaching teams. Jess is currently on secondment to an Interim Headship in one of our Trust schools.
