One year on from release, this training will provide a walkthrough of the guidance report but also, for those of you more familiar with the recommendations, time to explore implementation science in your schools.
We will also walk you through the additional tools and how these can be used to increase the chances of successful implementation. This is suitable for leaders that have not already attended implementation training as well as those that have already attended training.
Aims of the training:
- Walkthrough of the key changes and recommendations, building understanding of the evidence.
- Explore the new tools linked to the guidance report and how you can use these in your school to maximise impact
- Discussion and reflection time to consider how implementation is progressing in your school/trust and to identify next steps.
Join Laura Spence, Jenn Sills and colleagues from across the county on 27th February!
