: Tom Gray – Vice Principal at Don Valley Academy

I am proud to be Vice Principal at Don Valley Academy and the school’s link to Exchange Research School. I have led Teaching and Learning at Don Valley Academy for the last 4 years and am looking forward to using our journey to share the impact of evidence-informed decision making and the impact it can have on the outcomes of students through the work of the Research School.

I am a maths teacher by profession and have previously been a successful Head of Department and Trust Maths Director for Delta before becoming a Senior Leader at Don Valley Academy. I love working with teachers, talking about all aspects of teaching and learning and am particularly interested in the impact of great CPD and implementation.
