: Jaisie Needham – Programme Manager

I coordinate the operational side of Exchange Research School with responsibility for administration, communication and event management. It is a varied and interesting role which brings lots of opportunities to work with schools and colleagues across the region. I am fortunate to be part of a team who are passionate about improving teaching and learning for young people, particularly those in areas of disadvantage.

I have worked in education for the last eight years, having previously being employed by a Teaching School Alliance, brokering System Leader support, and as Research School & Professional Learning Manager at Doncaster Research School.

Before transitioning to education, I worked in several buying roles for both larger, corporate organisations and smaller retailers where I developed strong administration, organisation and project management skills that have supported me well as Programme Manager for Exchange Research School.

It has been exciting to be part of the Research School team since its launch in September 2023 and I look forward to contributing to its growth and development in the coming months and years.
