Research Advocate and Early Years Lead
Eleanor holds a BA Honours in Early Childhood Education. She began her career in a nursery setting and has dedicated the past 15 years to leading Early Years at Lyons Hall Primary School in Braintree, Essex.
As a Research Advocate, Eleanor is committed to using evidence-based practices to reduce educational disadvantage among her pupils. She collaborates closely with colleagues to create an inclusive and high-quality learning environment, ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
