Adaptive teaching is central to high-quality, inclusive classroom practice, especially for students experiencing disadvantage, because it enables teachers to respond precisely to gaps in knowledge, varying levels of prior attainment, and differences in access to support, ensuring that learning is both accessible and appropriately challenging. This two-day programme is designed to support school leaders to move beyond theory and into disciplined, evidence-informed implementation.

Participants will explore the evidence base, examine practical models, and develop a clear, context-specific approach to embedding adaptive teaching across classrooms and subjects.

- Senior leaders responsible for teaching and learning

- Subject and phase leaders

- SENCOs and inclusion leads

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN?
