Due to the successful and ongoing growth of our Trust we are seeking to appoint a, reliable and highly-motivated individual to the role of Research School Coordinator.
The successful candidate will promote the work of the Research School and EEF, communicating key research, evidence and exemplification in practice; they will be the first point of contact for the Research School, build networks and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Purpose of Role
• To promote the work of the Research School and EEF, communicating key research, evidence and exemplification in practice
• To establish the presence of the Research School in our sector with a systematic branding and marketing approach
• To be the first point of contact for the Research School, build networks and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• To organise and supervise administrative systems within the Research School as required by the EEF
• To contribute to the planning, development and monitoring of training and school support work
Flexible Hours?
The role is currently advertised as 28 hours to allow colleagues to explore the start and end times of the day as flexible timings, possibly spread over 5 days.
Teaching Background
For potential applicants coming from a teaching background, our wider work can afford additional opportunities for additional hours on a timesheet basis, supporting teacher training and development.
