The event was really fantastic; and a great opportunity to see the excellent things happening in STEM across our region along with the ambassadors from industry who are involved with education.

Congratulations to Georgina Wharton for being highly commended for Excellence in School and College Leadership in STEM

Georgina Wharton is the Director of Science and Technology at Parkside Community School. Georgina is an Evidence Lead in Education for Derby Research School and is a part of the Senior Leadership Team in her school. Georgina is a teacher of Design Technology and Engineering and runs many STEM events in her school for her students.
