For the last ten years, Chloe has been an English teacher, Whole School Literacy and Super-curricular Lead and Research Lead at Beverley High School in East Yorkshire. She is responsible for the design and delivery of whole school CPD programmes to bridge the gap between evidence and the classroom, both in her school context and more broadly as an ELE with Huntington Research School.

She was awarded Chartered Teacher Status with the Chartered College of Teaching in 2022 and currently facilitates the NPQ in Leading Literacy and the Teach First ECT Programme for English and Media in Yorkshire and the Humber. Prior to this, Chloe worked in publishing in London.
