In 2021, the EEF published the Effective Professional Development guidance report. This programme aims to familiarise school leaders with the essential evidence and key messages from the report and use them to plan the professional development for their staff to drive school improvement.

Who is the Course for?


Senior leaders with responsibility for professional development (CPD) and teacher development.


The programme will run from October – December 2022. Exact dates will be announced sooner to the course starting.
