This programme brings together English leads across Primary and Secondary to build greater knowledge and understanding of the challenges around transition and evidence-informed approaches to improve outcomes for pupils.
Overview
This 2‑and-a-bit-day equivalent (4 half days plus an introductory twilight briefing) programme explores the evidence behind different aspects of learning behaviours and supports SENDCOs and School Leaders to plan for successful implementation

Who is the programme for?
The programme is for English subject leads from Primary and Secondary. In addition to the facilitated sessions, visits between Primary and Secondary schools will allow participants to deepen their understanding of each other’s settings as well as building relationships and professional networks.
The programme will launch in Autumn 2 with sessions running through to Summer 2. Exact dates will be confirmed in September.
