One of the key messages from the EEF’s recently updated implementation guidance report is that implementation is fundamentally a collaborative and social process driven by how people think, behave, and interact.”

There are three behaviours that drive this aspect of implementation: engaging, uniting and reflecting.

In the final session in our webinar series on these behaviours, join Mark Miller, Director of Bradford Research school, to explore how we can reflect, monitor and adapt to improve implementation.

  • Reflect on pupil needs and current practices
  • Reflect on fit and feasibility
  • Reflect on implementation
  • Reflect on implementation barriers and enablers
